It was like having a brand new bed.

Doug came out to help with a small issue. When he got here and found out more about the base of my bed and why things were not working. He took it upon himself to find the problem, suggested fixes for the problem and when he was done. It was like having a brand new bed. Doug went above and beyond. It renewed my faith in kindness.
