Exceptional Service

Doug was referred to us by the Sleep Number store where we purchased our bed. I was hearing a weird sound when adjusting my bed and wanted to have the bed serviced. I contacted Doug and we agreed on a mutually convenient time. Doug thoroughly checked my bed to determine if there was a problem and found none. He then disassembled my beds (we have a split king), checked each part, repaired the areas that were repairable, and made recommendations/suggestions accordingly. He was so pleasant during the entire visit that I referred my friend to him for assistance with purchasing a queen flexhead.
