Prior to moving here we bought a sleep number…with the move set-up was a disaster. Doug came out and sorted everything ON A SATURDAY! He even set up our bed remote. And asked if we wanted to vacuum before the bed was set up (like what man thinks of that!). And if that wasn’t enough Doug even texted the next morning to assure everything was working properly. Come to find out, if you buy from his store he does all set up and install. He even has voice command beds that are less expensive than the “sleep number brand.” Skip sleep number and go to Sleep Align!
Doug is the man, my family and I recently moved and disassembled our bed down to being small parts and did not know how to reassemble whatsoever. He was able to put it back together when no one else was up to the challenge. We are grateful and if you live anywhere in the 757 and don’t consult Doug when you are in need of a smart bed or maintenance of it then you are missing out. Thanks Doug!
Doug fixed the base of my bed. The movers stated they knew how to put it back together, but they didn’t. I finally got his name from Sleep Number, and he was very knowledgeable and was put back the proper way. I appreciate his service. Thank you!!!!

Doug came out to help with a small issue. When he got here and found out more about the base of my bed and why things were not working. He took it upon himself to find the problem, suggested fixes for the problem and when he was done. It was like having a brand new bed. Doug went above and beyond. It renewed my faith in kindness. Doug is personable, professional, and efficient. He did an excellent job repairing my adjustable bed. He also recommended and made modifications so I can more easily get in and out of the bed. We needed a new mattress. Doug was very helpful in helping us choose a new one. Fast shipping and reasonable price and very comfortable.
Doug was referred to us by the Sleep Number store where we purchased our bed. I was hearing a weird sound when adjusting my bed and wanted to have the bed serviced. I contacted Doug and we agreed on a mutually convenient time. Doug thoroughly checked my bed to determine if there was a problem and found none. He then disassembled my beds (we have a split king), checked each part, repaired the areas that were repairable, and made recommendations/suggestions accordingly. He was so pleasant during the entire visit that I referred my friend to him for assistance with purchasing a queen flexhead.
I contacted Doug to purchase a new prodigy 2.0. It was the best decision I’ve made…I bought one of those “other ” brands..it broke in 2 days and getting warranty satisfaction was a joke. Please contact Doug if want an adjustable base…you wont be sorry.

Doug helped us decide on a new frame and Thomasville air mattress. He was patient and informative and went the extra mile to explain everything. Doug and Joey came over to our home in Yorktown, VA, promptly and fully prepared to install our new adjustable bed. While working through the setting-up process, they went over what they were doing as they were performing it (for example, how the mechanisms operated, comfort controls, safety precautions, etc); essentially everything anyone needed to know about the proper “care and feeding” of our new bed system. When finished, Doug went over the warranties and service provisions for my new bed to ensure I understood fully.
Since we have been using our new adjustable bed, we have slept like babies (without the waking-up and constant crying, of course). My wife and I are grateful to Doug and Sleep Align for vastly improving the quality and comfort of our sleep.
Doug came out to our house to service our bed. He went above and beyond! He helped us completely take apart our bed and put it back together. Made it feel like we had a brand new bed! Definitely recommend him and will have him come back in the future if we run into any other problems.
Wow, Doug was very helpful, even answering texts months later about my adjustable bed. He drove all the way to Richmond to install for me. Will definitely shop here again! I bought a split king adjustable bed.
