Wow, Doug was very helpful, even answering texts months later about my adjustable bed. I bought a split king adjustable bed.

Since we have been using our new adjustable bed, we have slept like babies. My wife and I are grateful to Doug and Sleep Align for vastly improving our sleep quality.

Doug came out to help with a small issue. He took it upon himself to find the problem, suggested fixes for the problem and when he was done it was like having a brand new bed.

Doug fixed the base of my bed. The movers stated they knew how to put it back together, but they didn’t. I finally got his name from Sleep Number, and he was very knowledgeable and was put back the proper way.

Doug came out to our house to service our bed. Definitely recommend him and will have him come back in the future if we run into any other problems.

Doug and Joey came over and installed our new adjustable bed. While working through the setting-up process, they went over what they were doing as they were performing it.

Doug has great knowledge on the adjustable base. He was able to fix it and not have to order parts or make a second visit. The ultimate service to me from Doug, was he cleaned the lint from under my bed while he had the base up.

Doug is personable, professional, and efficient. He did an excellent job repairing my adjustable bed. He also recommended and made modifications so I can more easily get in and out of the bed.

Doug is the man, my family and I recently moved and disassembled our bed down to being small parts and did not know how to reassemble whatsoever. He was able to put it back together when no one else was up to the challenge.
